Irvine man, Chris Blakely has successfully completed his round Arran cycling challenge to raise much needed funds for North Ayrshire Foodbanks.

As reported in our June newsletter, Chris (43) set himself the goal of cycling around Arran four times in a single day. He popped in to see us at our Ardrossan distribution point to donate the £874 he collected from the generous people who supported him.

Cyclist, Chris Blakely receives his donation certificate from Foodbank Coordinator, Craig Crosthwaite following his Arran cycling challenge.

North Ayrshire Foodbanks is very grateful to Chris for his very kind gesture and we would also like to extend our thanks to everyone who supported him in his amazing achievement.
